Assistant Manager, Content and Experience (1-Year Contract)
This role supports the end-to-end content and experience strategy across both our Ecommerce site and Sephora App. As a subject matter expert in Search & Discovery Strategy (SEO and GEO), you will enhance product visibility, guide intent-led discovery, and improve organic performance across markets.
You will also oversee campaign content on the App, establishing governance, defining best practices, and implementing structured processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Using search data and churn insights, you will continuously optimise the digital journey to deliver stronger engagement and commercial impact.

- Owning and elevating on-site content across the homepage, product pages, and landing pages, ensuring every touchpoint is fresh, accurate, and optimized to convert
- Applying Search & Discovery Strategy (SEO and GEO) across metadata, headings, URLs, and on-page keywords to consistently improve discoverability, search performance, and intent-led guidance
- Leveraging SEO performance, and churn insights into clear recommendations that drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, engagement, and retention
- Playing a key role in executing high-impact campaigns, from seasonal moments to major product launches, delivering content flawlessly and on schedule
- Collaborating closely with local teams, adapting content and experiences to resonate with regional audiences while maintaining operational excellence
- Tracking, analyzing, and communicating site performance across traffic, engagement, search, and campaign metrics, using AI-enhanced insights to inform smarter decisions
- Actively test and refine content layouts, banners, and features to continuously enhance the customer journey and overall site experience
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- At least 4 years of experience in Ecommerce would be advantageous
- Strong interest in Ecommerce, digital content, GEO, SEO, and online customer experience
- Know-how on implementing SEO best practices and analyze performance insights to drive organic traffic and retention
- Possess strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiar with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or Excel
