Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies through robust planning and analytics

  • Support revenue forecasting, campaign performance analysis, and ROI evaluation to guide marketing investment decisions

  • Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, consumer behavior, and effectiveness of marketing strategies

  • Analyze customer segments, behavioral trends, and promotional responsiveness to identify growth opportunities and optimize targeting strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver marketing programs, campaigns and experiences tailored to diverse customer segments.

  • Deliver actionable insights from market research, data analysis, and competitor intelligence to drive informed decisions and strengthen competitiveness

  • Assist with business forecasting, budgeting, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience in regulatory processes is a plus.
