Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


 


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Mandai Wildlife Group’s Digital & Data (D&D) Department is at the heart of our digital transformation, shaping innovative guest experiences across our parks and platforms. As part of the Digital Platform team, we enable seamless, guest-centric digital journeys that bring our mission to life.


We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Digital Product Owner to support the growth and operations of our Chatbot and Mandai App. This role will report directly to a Senior Manager, and will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Guest Experience, Park Operations and external vendors.


 


Product Management & Delivery



  • Support the day-to-day operations and roadmap delivery of the Chatbot and Mandai App.

  • Assist in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and user story refinement based on business value, user feedback and market trends.

  • Monitor feature adoption, user journeys, and key performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Guest Experience Enablement



  • Champion the guest perspective by ensuring features align with usability and accessibility best practices.

  • Drive initiatives that improve CSAT, reduce friction, and enhance engagement through digital channels.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to support design enhancements for both chatbot and app interfaces.

Data & Insights



  • Track and analyse product usage, adoption rates, and feedback to generate insights for improvement.

  • Work closely with analytics teams to develop dashboards and monitor KPIs (e.g., fallback rate, app adoption, conversion rates).

Stakeholder & Vendor Management



  • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Guest Experience, Marketing, Park Ops) to ensure smooth product feature rollouts and alignment with business goals.

  • Liaise with external vendors to track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely delivery of features or fixes.

Operational Support



  • Support incident management and BAU troubleshooting for chatbot and app.

  • Ensure documentation (flows, FAQs, release notes, SOPs) is constantly updated and accessible.

 


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media, IT, or related field.

  • 3—5 years of experience in digital product management, operations, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with chatbot platforms, mobile apps, or conversational AI solutions preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret digital product metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
