Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

Description
The digital marketing role will be responsible for managing and optimising all digital marketing initiatives across paid media, organic channels, and online partnerships. This role requires hands-on execution, daily performance monitoring, cross-department collaboration, and support for integrated marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO, SEM & Website Optimisation
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
Improve organic search rankings and website traffic
Collaborate with web developers to enhance site speed, UX, and conversion optimisation
2. Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute content strategies across websites, EDMs, and social media platforms
Create engaging multimedia content (copy, visuals, short videos, reels) aligned with brand guidelines
Plan and manage content calendars for campaigns and product launches
Optimise content for search engines and audience engagement
3. Digital Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Manage advertising budgets and ensure strong ROI
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Liaise with media agencies, ad platform representatives, publishers, and third-party vendors on an ad hoc basis
Evaluate and recommend new digital advertising opportunities and formats
Coordinate campaign requirements, artwork specifications, and timelines with external partners
4. AI Integration & Marketing Automation
Leverage AI tools for content generation, performance analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive insights
Implement marketing automation workflows
Explore new AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and campaign performance
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, CPL, and ROAS
Generate monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement
Use data insights to refine marketing strategies
6. Ad-Hoc
Marketing digital and social media support for campaigns across departments
Identify, liaise with, and manage KOLs/influencers for campaigns
Serve as a point of contact for events, product launches and CRM programmes
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools
Experience using AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation platforms, AI analytics tools)
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
