Responsibilities



Join a performance-driven team overseeing a portfolio of over 25 hotels and serviced residences across Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue through online distribution channels, with a focus on strengthening Brand.com performance.

 


As Assistant Manager, E-commerce Distribution & Analysis, you will formulate and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate new distribution opportunities, and manage relationships with online travel agents (OTAs).

 


You will work closely with Revenue Managers, Channel Managers, and Marketing & Analytics specialists to optimise online performance and uphold rate integrity.Analyse and report on hotel performance across OTAs and Brand.com platforms.



  • Analyse and report on hotel performance across OTAs and Brand.com platforms.

  • Identify channel-specific opportunities and challenges.

  • Recommend distribution strategies to support revenue targets.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of new e-commerce solutions and digital campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs and e-commerce solution providers.

  • Monitor rate parity across all online platforms. Guide vendors to conduct test bookings to identify wholesale leakage.

  • Document learnings and develop best-practice playbooks for internal adoption.

  • Advise hotel teams on OTA extranet issues, content, and setup optimisation.

  • Lead internal training sessions to share insights and ensure alignment on best practices.

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.




Requirements



  • 2 years of experience in E-commerce marketing, analysis, or hospitality revenue management.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of hospitality distribution systems, OTA extranets, channel managers, or rate monitoring tools is a strong advantage.
