Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Growth
As an Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Growth, you will look after driving regional Ecommerce campaign performance and achieving sales targets. This role involves coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various countries to ensure seamless execution and success. A critical aspect of this position is leveraging strong analytical skills to set campaign targets and KPIs, rigorously tracking performance, and proactively developing additional strategies as needed. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough post-mortem analyses following campaigns and contributing to the success of future campaigns.
Additionally, this role will dedicate will spearhead Ecommerce growth initiatives specifically for the Philippines market. This includes creating comprehensive strategic plans, overseeing social media engagement, developing marketing initiatives, and managing the full marketing calendar for the region.

- Leading and executing regional Ecommerce campaigns, ensuring coordination and alignment with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries to meet sales objectives
- Establishing clear campaign targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions or new plans to optimize results
- Conducting detailed post-mortem analysis of completed campaigns and events, identifying successes, areas for improvement and actionable insights
- Developing and implementing comprehensive Ecommerce strategies and marketing calendars specifically for the Philippines market
- Managing and optimizing social media presence and marketing initiatives for the Philippines, driving engagement and sales growth
- Owning sales forecasting and performance reporting in alignment with financial calendar, including budget management and spend tracking of Sephora Philippines
- Developing and implementing comprehensive Ecommerce strategies for the Philippines market, driving growth through localized campaigns and social media presence
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Ecommerce, demonstrating a strong track record of driving online sales and growth
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- A collaborative mindset with excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to changing market conditions and campaign performance
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in developing and executing marketing calendars and social media strategies
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
