Description

  • Develop digital propositions and shares use cases to drive the adoption of the applications. 

  • Identify and manage project risks. 

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Ensure products and services delivered by vendors meet specifications. 

  • Work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders to manage change and implement enhancements that ensure the project strategy will accommodate business needs including UAT management. 

  • Gather information on industry practices to keep abreast of market evolvements. 

  • Create, develop and manage usage tracking reports on adoption of applications. 

  • Work with vendors and analytics to generate metrics and propagate insights that support the measurement of success and continuous optimization of applications. 

  • Create and design communications materials to promote the Great Digital Advantage platforms to users and stakeholders. 

  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. 

  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. 

  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

  • Degree in Business, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, LOMA or similar areas 

  • Added advantage for individual who has experience in mobile application. 

  • Knowledge of financial planning, emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, AI, Analytics, Cloud with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends. 

  • Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites. 

  • Worked with Agile delivery methodologies. 

  • Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage. 

  • Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, constantly challenge the norm and constantly looking for better solutions to problems.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills. 

  • High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. 

  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
