Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Festive and Luxury Fashion Campaigns - Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, the candidate will lead and work closely with fellow team member(s) to plan and ensure on-time and on-budget execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Spring Summer, etc.) including key visual development, décor, content creation, paid media, events and promotions that will give retailers the opportunity to maximise sales and exposure.
- F&B Campaigns - Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, the candidate will develop and execute an always-on marketing plan, covering special occasion and festive dining, PR exposure, social media content and thematic promotions to drive sales and exposure for the tenanted F&B category.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Be the key liaison within the team to compile, analyse and report on tax-free tourist spends, mall traffic, retailer support metrics, post-campaign / promotion metrics.
- Data Visualisation - Translate complex data, trends, and concepts into clear, compelling PowerPoint narratives with concise insights and actionable takeaways for Management.
- Paid Media - Work with media agency to manage media budget, ensure effective media ROI, review and optimise campaign performance.
- Promotion Opportunities - Compile and manage communication channels for retailers' shopping and dining privileges offered to hotel guests, MICE delegates, team members and retailers' staff.
- Hoarding - Review and approve retailers' proposed hoarding artwork to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and luxury aesthetic.
- Account Management - Act as the daily point of contact for 30 - 40 assigned retailers to assist in their day-to-day marketing activities and events in the mall.
- Cross Collaboration - Collaborate and work closely with internal departments such as Brand & Advertising, eCommerce, Loyalty Marketing, Social Media, Communications, etc. to develop online and offline integrated marketing campaigns to reach affluent shoppers.
- Team Mentorship - Support, mentor and guide junior team members to ensure seamless team support and execution of marketing campaigns as well as develop their overall marketing skills and abilities.
- Special Projects - Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.
- Compliance - Ensure adherence to Compliance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Contracting and Procurement processes and policies, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience is required.
- Prior experience in a global media / marketing agency, hospitality / retail industry, or a large, publicly held and highly matrixed MNC environment is a plus.
Other Prerequisites
- Passion and interest in luxury fashion and retail marketing is a must.
- Prior experience in integrated marketing campaign (online and offline) planning and execution, as well as high-touch experiential event planning and execution.
- Organised and able to multi-task with high-calibre project management, writing, communication and presentation skills for the preparation and presentation of marketing campaign plans.
- Quantitative and analytical skills - comfortable with the necessary budgetary and analytical functions required to quantify and review the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Demonstrate the ability to think critically, logically and responsively in a dynamic retail environment to seek solutions and actionable next steps.
- A self-starter with a strong ability to work proactively, take ownership and follow through with projects.
- Pay close attention to details with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for luxury aesthetics and flair for copywriting with a luxury tone of voice.
- Work professionally and collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
