Description

The Digital Enablement Manager will be the expert owner of our brand's presence and performance across key international eCommerce marketplaces. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, operational execution, and performance analysis of our online stores across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless brand representation and maximizing sales and profitability for our global brand accounts. The successful candidate will have experience planning and executing eCommerce strategies for MNC brands, and excel at synthesizing complex platform data into actionable business insights for the team.

Key Responsibilities

A. eCommerce Channel Management & Strategy

  • Platform Ownership: Assume end-to-end management of official brand stores on major APAC and global marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), overseeing storefront setup, product listings, pricing, and promotional mechanics.

  • Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), increase conversion rates, and optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all visual assets, product copy, and brand communications across all managed platforms strictly adhere to global brand guidelines and local consumer regulations.

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to maintain high seller ratings and operational KPIs, including fulfillment speed and cancellation rates. Create efficient SOPs for channel management, considering system tools and products that can improve team efficiencies.

  • Cross-service Synergy: Grow opportunities for expanding customer value added services with other company departments (digital marketing, warehousing, transportation, etc.).

B. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Major Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of high-stakes platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Payday Sales, Brand Days), including budget allocation, promotional stack implementation, and coordinating necessary asset creation.

  • Traffic Generation: Strategize and manage internal platform advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Ads, affiliate programs) and external media spend to drive qualified traffic to brand stores.

  • Promotional Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize promotional mechanics, flash sales, and voucher strategies to achieve sell-through targets without sacrificing brand margin targets.

C. Performance Reporting & Synthesis

  • KPI Synthesis: Be the authority on channel performance metrics. Collect, consolidate, and synthesize diverse performance data (e.g., platform seller reports, ad manager dashboards, fulfillment metrics) into clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership and team accountability.

  • Insight Generation: Go beyond simple reporting to translate raw operational and sales data into strategic insights about customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Budget & Forecasting: Work with finance and commercial teams to prepare accurate sales forecasts, PnL summaries, and manage media/promotional budgets effectively across all digital channels.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical & Core Skills

  • Minimum 4+ Years of direct, hands-on experience managing and growing eCommerce channels for global brands.

  • Expert-level operational proficiency with Seller Center/Brand Portal systems across multiple major marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop.

  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing major platform campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11).

  • High proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting; must be able to move seamlessly between detailed operational data and high-level strategic dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, paid search, and social commerce dynamics.

  • Accountability & Drive: High degree of ownership and ability to operate independently to achieve ambitious targets; ability to effectively manage key accounts and drive performance.

  • Analytical Storytelling: Ability to present complex data and analytical insights in a compelling, easy-to-understand narrative for non-eCommerce stakeholders.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipates channel issues (e.g., inventory stock-outs, policy breaches) and proactively implements preventative measures.

  • Effective Communicator: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills for working with platform key account managers and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Thought leadership: Be the SME (subject matter expert) of the team and lead by example. Provide thought leadership/coaching in all areas relating to enablement service and brand management; constantly identifying ways to improve current processes and adapt to marketplace conditions.
