Assistant Manager / Manager – Merchandising Project 

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Duration: 6 months + optional 5-month extension

Work Schedule: 5-day week (Mon–Fri), hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH), occasional warehouse visits

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a merchandising project. You will oversee sales channels, inventory, fulfilment, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to seller queries, ensuring timely service and issue resolution.

  • Manage service recovery for defective items, delays, or missing products.

  • Conduct quality checks on incoming stock and coordinate deliveries with partners.

  • Track inventory and sales, manage replenishments, and support multiple sales channels.

  • Provide regular reports for performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce operations.

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Customer-focused with proven service recovery experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms preferred.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
