Assistant/Manager, Merchandiser (ID: 690947)

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and develop new gifting products for both local and overseas markets.

• Oversee the Promotional & Premium Catalogue, including presentation, product mix, pricing, quality standards, lead times, and launches

• Ensure accuracy of product information on the backend system, covering availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Source, review, and maintain up-to-date supplier pricing and production schedules

• Manage supplier and factory relationships, including cost and contract negotiations

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate and upkeep the showroom

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on product updates, visuals, and pricing

• Assist with inventory planning, quality control processes, and product lifecycle management

Key Requirements 

• Diploma/Degree in relevant studies 

• With at least 4 - 5 years of merchandising or product development experience

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to lead merchandising initiatives independently

• Solid negotiation and product costing skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and aesthetics

• Open to travel as and when required
