Responsibilities
Content & Script Assessment
Ensure alignment with PSB objectives and intended audience segments
Perform content compliance checks to ensure PSB messages, national values and IMDA guidelines are met.
Digital Platform Suitability & Curation
Review content suitability across platforms i.e. TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
Support IMDA’s assessment of emerging digital formats and audience engagement trends.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between IMDA and assigned PSCP partners, including vernacular and youth-focused partners.
Build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliverables.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to partners throughout the concept-to-production workflow.
Project Administration & Funding Support
Track partner milestones, approvals and deliverables to support timely funding disbursements.
Maintain meticulous records of approvals, compliance checks and production documentation.
Support for Appointment of New Media Partner for Singapore Media Festival
Support the New Media team in the process of identifying, evaluating and onboarding a new New Media partner for SMF, given that current partnerships end in 2025.
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Background in project management and stakeholder coordination
Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform-specific requirements
Prior experience working in government agencies would be advantageous
