We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join us with the following job responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

Support the growth and delivery of Thomson Medical's Health and Wellness product portfolio by managing product development, marketing, business development, and programme operations. Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve business targets, drive sales across B2B and B2C channels, and ensure successful programme execution.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business growth and sales by developing and managing the sales funnel, generating leads, building partnerships, and converting opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.

  • Support the development, delivery, and promotion of Health and Wellness programmes, courses, workshops, and services to enhance customer engagement and expand market reach.

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and distribution channels, including corporate, government, community, and other external stakeholders, to support business expansion.

  • Monitor business performance and operational effectiveness by tracking key metrics, budget utilization, programme participation, and customer feedback, and recommending improvements to products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Finance, Hospital and Specialist Clinics, vendors, and partners to execute initiatives, support programme delivery, and achieve business objectives.

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives, including digital platform enhancements and website content management for the Product team's digital platforms (e.g., ThomsonBaby.com).

  • Perform any other duties, projects, or business initiatives as assigned by the Head of Department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in programme management, business development, training, or service-related functions.

  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset, with proven experience in project/programme management, business planning, and driving growth initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret performance data, and support informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in healthcare, education/training, and familiarity with e-commerce or digital platforms is an advantage.
