Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Job description

·       Manage and close online sales on web shop, Shopee, Lazada etc;

·        Manage and close offline sales to clinics and salons;

·        Handle customer queries via phone calls, Whatsapp and respond to Google reviews;

·        Provide administrative support to overseas shipments;

·        Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

·         At least 2 years of relevant experience;

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

·         Good organizational and time management skills, attention to details;

·         Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

·         Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies; and

·         Familiarity with social media, design software and customer relationship management an added advantage.
