Job Summary:
Lead strategic marketing and trade initiatives to drive brand growth, market share, and sales performance across ethical and consumer healthcare channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide strategic direction to the commercial and marketing team to achieve product sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and roadmaps for existing and new brands.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities through consumer and patient insights.
  • Conduct in-depth market, opportunity, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Drive digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Define, track, and report marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to global healthcare brand initiatives, including new product development.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the utilization of marketing and trade A&P budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Support the sales team through regular joint field calls to strengthen execution and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with annual sales targets to grow sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Establish and manage annual trade marketing activities with key chain pharmacies, hypermarkets, government retail pharmacies, and independent pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with local regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Category Managers, and senior stakeholders across ethical and consumer healthcare channels.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of product management experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen with proven analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Good attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
