Primary responsibilities
To formulate & drive marketing plan which includes all brand & store activities, media buying, sales promotion and brand planning. All these activities must support the brand image and meet the commercial objectives of the business
Plan and oversee the development and execution of the marketing calendar, including the selection of the event’s themes, distribution channels and partners
Create impactful content, which includes press releases, campaigns, and packaging that tells the brand story in an elevated way. Distribute this content through the most relevant channels that allows us to connect to the targeted demographics
Conceptualize and implement plans for generation of quality customer leads/foot falls using cost effective mediums to meet the organization’s objectives
Plan & manage brand’s marketing budget, including detailed monitoring of all expenses
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against ROI & KPIs
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
· At least 4 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the retail industry is a must
· Proven track record of managing projects, budgets, and timelines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage
· Ability to establish an independent view and effectively collaborate in decision making with cross-functional partners
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
