Assistant Marketing Manager | Luxury Automotive Distributor
Key Responsibilities
Branding and Communications: Manage and oversee all relevant channels, platforms, and projects with the objective of strengthening brand amplification and enhancing brand equity.
Paid Media: Develop, plan, and oversee all paid media initiatives to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to ATL, BTL, digital advertising, print advertisements, OOH, radio, TV, paid partnerships, affiliate marketing, and other relevant paid media activities.
Retail Space Management: Oversee all areas of the showroom and service centre to ensure the retail environment is well maintained, aligned with brand guidelines, and continuously enhanced to improve customer experience.
CRM: Develop, structure, and expand an effective CRM programme.
Aftersales Marketing: Manage and support aftersales business objectives through marketing strategies and media plans.
Event Management: Conceptualise and execute all events and physical engagements to achieve business objectives while adhering to the approved budget.
Media Relations: Manage and collaborate closely with the PR/Media agency to engage media and influencers, with the objective of strengthening local brand equity.
Partnerships: Cultivate, manage, and execute assigned partnerships.
Budget Management: Prepare monthly budget and expense reports, including accruals.
Marketing Channels & Communications: Manage communications across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, website, media relations, EDM marketing, SMS marketing, direct-to-consumer collaterals, branding and tactical campaigns, and other relevant channels.
General Marketing Scope: Define objectives and KPIs, plan and manage a team of 2 for execution, conduct analysis and reporting, prepare competitor reports, manage agencies, oversee community management, and lead campaign conceptualisation and implementation.
Salesforce: Oversee overall management of Salesforce (prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 6 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and analytical in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Strong teamwork capabilities
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in handling urgent, time-sensitive matters beyond standard working hours
Proficient in MS Office applications, Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe Photoshop skills
Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence
