ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER – FITNESS FIRST SINGAPORE 

Reports to: Marketing Manager, Fitness First Singapore 
Supports: 2 Marketing Executives 
Location: Singapore 

Role Purpose 

Act as the hands-on driver of online and offline campaigns. 
You’ll plan, build, and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end - across digital, CRM, and physical environments. 

The role suits a commercially minded generalist with strong digital competence and operational precision. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Management & Execution 

  • Set up and manage campaigns across paid, owned, and CRM channels to meet acquisition and engagement goals. 

  • Optimise campaigns daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative cadence based on data. 

  • Execute lifecycle and retention campaigns that nurture leads and reactivate lapsed members. 

  • Measure outcomes beyond clicks, focusing on conversion, engagement, and member impact. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Simplify complex data into insights for business decisions. 

  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing presentations and post-campaign analysis. 

In-Club Marketing & Activation 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for rollout, installation, and tracking of materials. 

  • Drive community events, launches, and member activations. 

Budget & Vendor Management 

  • Track spend, process invoices, and reconcile campaign costs. 

  • Manage vendor deliverables, print production, and post-campaign documentation. 

Process & Collaboration 

  • Maintain clean calendars, libraries, and campaign documentation 

  • Liaise with related stakeholders for feedback and cross-functional coordination. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • 5 - 7 years in digital marketing campaign management. 

  • Hands-on experience setting up and optimising campaigns; understands the logic behind data and automation tools. 

  • Strong Excel and data interpretation ability; able to connect metrics to business context. 

  • Superior project management skills/organizational skills and ability to multi-task in delivering complex initiatives  

  • Organised, detail-driven, and reliable under tight deadlines. 

  • Clear communicator with initiative, curiosity, and executional discipline.
