About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead all company brands.
You’re a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting, drives measurable results, and isn’t afraid to challenge norms.
Tech-savvy and creative, you bring strong social-media strategy and up-to-date digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement aggressive marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content and real-time interaction.
Growth Hacking: Use unconventional, data-driven marketing tactics to fuel rapid growth and market penetration.
Partnerships & Networking: Leverage existing connections and actively build new relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team, gallery and executive teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering growth and engagement.
Aggressive, bold, and fearless approach to marketing and leadership.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling social media accounts.
Strong network of industry contacts and influencers is a big plus.
Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset – able to do more with less.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, Tech-savvy.
