Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement exercises (RFI, ITQ, ITT), including preparing specifications, evaluating submissions, negotiating contracts, and obtaining approvals.

  • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Oversee changes in project scope and escalate impacts to the Project Steering Board when necessary.

  • Conduct solution analysis, product selection, and fit-gap assessments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Plan, track, and report on IT projects, monitoring milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

  • Ensure quality management of projects, coordinating internal and external resources and aligning all stakeholders.

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery.

  • Manage vendors to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met; ensure compliance with IT policies and audits.

  • Ensure all projects comply with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with certification in IT Project Management (CITPM), PMP, or Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT, digital service, or healthcare-related projects.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, and cross-functional project execution.

  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, business applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Experience with EMR systems, e-Billing, rostering/scheduling systems, CRM, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Automate/Power BI, SQL, and web technologies is advantageous.

  • Proven skills in vendor management, procurement-to-implementation delivery, and post-implementation support.

  • Track record of delivering projects successfully on time, within scope, and budget.
