Description

Responsibilities

Key Account Management

•Manage and sustain business relationship with existing accounts and customers

•Develop business opportunities with new accounts and customers

•Drive sales margin performance

•Meet and exceed targets related to revenue growth, profit margins, new product development listing and service sales

•Negotiate trading terms with accounts and customers

•Conduct ATL & BTL campaigns planned by Brand Principal & Trade Marketing

•Conduct store visits / walks with Brand Principal & Trade Marketing to understand the everchanging retail landscape to maintain competitive edge

•Assist Head of Department in analysing sales, preparing recommendations, forecast and reporting

•Assist Trade Marketing and Brand Principal on ideation of New Product Development launches

•Assist E-commerce channel on ideation of thematic campaigns to drive traffic, increase visibility and brand awareness

•Support in-store retail operations and warehouse during festive peak

•Comfortable to travel abroad for trade shows / conferences

•Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

- Qualification & Experience

•At least diploma in marketing, business management, media, or equivalent

•Minimum 5 years of sales or key account management experience in Modern Trade or E-commerce channel

- Language & Literacy

•Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

•Provision in computer skills and Microsoft Office to draft diplomatic approach email to new and existing customers

•Ability to create and deliver presentations
