Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Saturday: Morning
  • Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,200 per month

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment:

Work hands-on in the warehouse environment when required

Assist fulfillment team with order processing and packaging

Support warehouse operations during peak periods and busy seasons

Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the fulfillment
process

Collaborate closely with warehouse team to optimize efficiency and workflow

E-commerce Operations:

Manage online store operations across multiple sales channels

Handle end-to-end order fulfillment process

Maintain high standards of customer service and support (Manage escalation
cases)

Digital Merchandising:

Optimize product presentation and merchandising across e-commerce platforms

Ensure products are well-represented with compelling descriptions and visuals

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management

Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales conversion

Customer Experience:

Provide top-class customer service to valued customers

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally

Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication

Content & Social Media (Bonus Skills):

Create engaging content to showcase products and services

Manage social media accounts and online presence

Develop creative content that drives customer engagement

Support digital marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in e-commerce operations or online retail, along with being hands on,
directly working on the fulfilment of orders

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Comfortable with multi-channel e-commerce platforms

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Creative mindset for content creation and merchandising (a plus)

Social media management experience (preferred but not required)
