Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store SuperNature in Dempsey as well as a chain of butcheries in Major Supermarkets island-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management
Preparation of brand reports for key brands
Ensure efficient communication of brand principal messages to our sales channels.
Work closely with respective sales divisions to strengthen sales revenue and facilitate growth.
Compile market research, competitors’ movements, and market trends to propose strategies and action plans.
Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns alongside event coordination to support business objectives.
Manage A&P funds and execute relevant activities.
2. Understanding of the inventory report
Manage stock holding in relation to shipment forecasts requirements
Review stock ordering
Annual shipment plan forecasting
3. Branded Site/Social Media management
Take on leading role to create/update contents on selected brands' sites and related social media channels
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to oversee and execute social media marketing initiatives.
4. Documentation of product information
Manage and Update food product price lists
Support any other ad hoc projects, events or activities when required
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B or Hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of driving growth and managing partnerships.
