Lead the multi-year IT technology roadmap, providing strategic and technical leadership across the cross-border and warehouse ecosystem. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, including AI, and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
Oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, while promoting Agile and Scrum practices for efficiency and predictability.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing vendors, and ensuring performance against SLAs.
Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while optimizing resources across multiple initiatives.
Lead the architectural design of solutions, translating business strategy into technical blueprints.
Govern feasibility and impact assessments for new initiatives, providing final architectural sign-off to ensure alignment with your portfolio's long-term health and strategic integration.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, CSM/CSPO, and ITIL certifications preferred.
10+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in leadership managing system analysts, developers, or project managers.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Strong experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Domain & Technical Expertise
In-depth knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs regulations, international trade compliance, and end-to-end warehouse operations.
Experience with WMS, TMS, e-commerce platforms, and designing logistics/supply chain solutions.
Strong system integration skills (APIs, EDI, ESB) and hands-on experience with .NET and MS SQL Server (2016+).
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), cybersecurity, and SSDLC.
