Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the fulfilment team, including training, daily operations guidance, and performance monitoring

• Oversee warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality in daily fulfilment processes

• Utilise warehouse systems/e-commerce platforms (e.g. e-Omni or similar WMS systems) to support operations

• Coordinate with internal departments to manage stock discrepancies and returns processing

• Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings

• Identify process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse/e-commerce fulfilment experience

• At least 2 - 3 year in a supervisory or team lead role

• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control

• Familiar with WMS / e-commerce systems (e-Omni experience is a plus)

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills

• Comfortable using Excel and basic reporting tools

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment for 5.5 Days / Week
