Job Details:
Location: West
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: Up to $2800 (depending on qualification and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) & Digital Price Cards (DPC) Deployment
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of ESL and DPC solutions across new, renovated, and existing stores.

  • Work closely with Store Design, Technology, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.

  • Conduct store training and provide ongoing operational support for both platforms.

  • Monitor and resolve deployment and production issues, escalating where necessary to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Act as the key point of contact for store deployment activities from project initiation through store opening.

Testing & System Support
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new features.

  • Liaise with vendors and technology teams to track and resolve system issues and defects.

  • Maintain testing documentation, change requests, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system performance.

Project Coordination & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate hardware procurement and installation schedules to support project timelines.

  • Track deployment progress and ensure completion of handover requirements with stores and vendors.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and transition into operations.

OneComms Administration & Operational Support
  • Monitor and follow up on store-related cases logged through the OneComms portal.

  • Prepare reports and escalate system or hardware issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support the dissemination of operational communications to stores, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Business, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Prior experience in the retail industry is advantageous but not essential.

  • Comfortable working with various backend systems and technology platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications.

  • Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn new skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support operational activities on-site.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
