This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative in-store technology initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in enhancing store operations and customer experiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.
💰Salary: $2800/month
📍Location: West
⏱️Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
📅Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the deployment of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) and Digital Price Cards across new and renovated stores, ensuring timely and smooth implementation.
Act as the main liaison between internal teams, stores, and vendors to manage project timelines, hardware procurement, installations, and store openings.
Provide store training, create user guides and SOPs, and offer ad hoc support for ESL and Digital Price Card platforms.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, maintain test scripts and change documentation, and coordinate bug fixes with vendors and technical teams.
Monitor store-related issues, prepare reports, escalate system or hardware concerns, and support daily operational communications to stores through internal platforms.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience in project implementation, stakeholder management, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, SuccessFactors, UAT, user guide creation, and training delivery is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and travel when required.
