The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. About the Team:
The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid solutions and performance marketing to help brands and sellers expand traffic to and accelerate sales on their Shopee stores.
This team is in-charge of growing the different marketing channels that sellers can use to increase the discoverability of brands and sellers and convert Shopee users to their buyers. A diverse range of marketing solutions is offered to sellers, covering both advertising products and affiliate marketing products.
Job Description:
- Participate and support the launch, go-to-market and day-to-day operation to grow the solution’s adoption and investment from Shopee sellers
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities across the business portfolio, and build strong business cases to enable key stakeholders’ decisions
- Analyse competitor performance and industry solutions to drive strategic growth initiatives based on market trends and best practices
- Partner with various cross-functional teams, including both internal and external, regional and local stakeholders, to successfully roll out strategic growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Experience or knowledge in relevant industry such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
- Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets, knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
