Associate Merchandiser

Ensures timely and complete execution of tasks in order to drive promotion and activation at Store or Online. Overall support to achieve the Dept and Company Targets including gross / net sales, and turnover objectives.

•  Prepare brands’ advertising and promotions plans and schedules. Plan and submit request to all relevant Depts or external partners for support and execution.

• Conduct reviews and post-mortem report for every campaign / event to share with team and to cross reference for future planning.

• Prepare and submit brands’ animation and communication proposal to Landlord for in-mall animation.

• Communicate with Store Planning, Store Operation and Visual Marketing teams for brands’ change of counter display and Store access.

• Provide operational support at Store or Warehouse from time to time basis.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time, in order to maintain staffing flexibility and efficiency.

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio, onsite work arrangement

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education

• At least 3 years’ experience in retail (Store / Brand)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sense of urgency

• Good business acumen

• Detailed and the ability to follow through
