📍About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate/Senior Associate, Customer Success to support our DeCard business. In this role, you will own the partner journey end-to-end, from onboarding and integration to ongoing success, by ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations while driving partner adoption, transactional growth,and cardholder satisfaction.
💼What You Will Do
Key Account Success & Growth
- Own partner satisfaction and success, proactively driving adoption and growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor partner KPIs such as registered cardholders, KYC status, cards issued, Total Payment Volume (TPV), and Payment Success Rate (PSR).
- Identify bottlenecks and launch marketing or promotional programs to boost card adoption and transactionvolumes.
- Maintain CRM dashboards to ensure aligned and accurate information across departments.
- Collaborate with risk management to review alerts, flags, or suspicious activities and implement operational controls.
- Conduct quarterly or bi-annual business reviews with key partners and prepare performance reports.
- Manage new solutions and fee structures to optimize partner profitability.
Operation Optimization
- Identify gaps and propose enhancements to operational workflows to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Initiate system automation processes, test operational tools, and implement operational improvements.
🎯What You Bring
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in operations, payment processing, merchant services, or fintech (experience with TPV/PSR metrics preferred).
- Strong understanding of Web 3 payment ecosystems and general risk/compliance frameworks (KYC/AML).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Adaptable and proactive problem-solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting tools; able to create decks, charts, statistical models, and projection models to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
