Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned retail channels to achieve sales and brand objectives.
Develop short- and mid-term strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive brand performance.
Plan and execute channel initiatives, trade promotions, and listings to support sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular performance and promotion reports.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners.
Negotiate with retailers to align business needs with company goals.
Oversee A&P budgets, ensuring effective use of funds and measurable returns.
Work closely with merchandisers to ensure strong in-store visibility and execution.
Support store-level negotiations to secure prime display placements.
Handle account receivables, billing matters, and ad-hoc tasks such as exchanges and returns.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in relevant disciplines
3-5 years of experience in FMCG Modern trade
Experienced in pharmaceutical and medical products with track record in achieving sales objectives
