Job Purpose:
The Digital Product Manager for DBS CBG Singapore is tasked with defining and delivering the bank's digital products such as secured loans and deposits.
A key part of this role involves partnering product teams in driving the digital product roadmap, leading significant product initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and ultimately ensuring that DBS provides a secure, seamless, and customer-centric digital experience.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with respective product teams to define the product vision and goals.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month digital product initiatives roadmap
- Gain insight into prevailing market trends, anticipate customer needs, and track regulatory shifts.
- Conduct a comprehensive benchmarking exercise against top-tier competitors and worldwide best practices.
- Product Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with UX designers to create seamless and intuitive digital journeys.
- Perform deep dives customer immersion to gain a richer understanding of their preferences or pain points
- Manage UAT, launch readiness, and product rollout with Delivery, Tech and Product team
- Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Proactively ensure product compliance with MAS regulations and pertinent policies.
- Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud prevention controls, and transaction monitoring.
- Facilitate and support audits and engagements with regulatory bodies
- Customer Experience & Growth
- Leverage data such as to refine digital product journeys and drive adoption.
- Execute A/B tests to analyse customer behaviour and integrate feedback to enhance digital experience.
- Identify improvements to reduce negative customer impacts (NCIs), employee toil & demand at branch and contact centres
- Business Performance & Reporting
- Track critical KPIs such as transaction volume and usage, revenue, conversion and success rates.
- Analyse this data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in product management within banking, fintech
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and take charge of responsibilities/area of duties assigned
- Possess customer-focused with a design thinking approach, and effective in agile work.
- Demonstrates strong communication, presentation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adept at managing diverse stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Business functions.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- A positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others.
- Demonstrates robust analytical capabilities, with comprehensive proficiency in data analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Qlik Sense, enabling thorough data exploration to discern relevant insights and trends.
