Business Function\:
Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
About the role\:
As an Enterprise Martech Orchestration Product Owner, you will help shape the end‑state strategy and governance of the enterprise orchestration tool stack. You will act as the single point of contact for markets and lead the enhancement and rollout of new capabilities, (including GenAI) to enable precision marketing.
Key Responsibilities\:
- Participate in defining the orchestration vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business and marketing goals and in-turn increase productivity.
- Translate business needs into clear requriements / user stories and oversee delivery from idea to capability launch. Lead the agile/scrum squads as a product owner.
- Act as the subject matter expert, provide regular trainings, insights on orchestration best practices and market trends to capability adoption in markets.
- Lead the enhancement (UR) process for new requests, ensuring alignment with product governance, smooth rollout, strong adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Technology, Data teams, and regional markets to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that meet diverse business and customer needs.
- Stay on top of Martech and emerging technology trends, including GenAI, to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements\:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
8 years of experience as a business analyst or product owner with a strong focus on Martech or marketing technology.
A strong grasp of how marketing campaigns are planned, orchestrated and executed across channels.
Hands-on experience with Martech platforms such as marketing automation, analytics, content and data management tools; in-depth exposure to orchestration platforms like Unica, Salesforce, Adobe, etc. Open to learn and explore new technologies and product.
Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in marketing, including GenAI-driven campaign and content recommendations.
Strong grounding in agile methodologies with proven experience working in agile delivery teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language/user stories
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Product Ownership certification (e.g., CSPO) is an advantage
