Responsibilities 1. Industry Narrative Development: For key verticals including Hospitality & Travel, distill the commercial value of TikTok GO, and author in-depth industry white papers, trend reports, and go-to-market communication strategies. Translate complex underlying product logic into accessible, compelling commercial storytelling that empowers business teams to deliver efficient merchant acquisition.

2. Marketing Value Measurement & Marketing Science System Building: Based on marketing science and advertising measurement methodologies, establish a quantitative model for TikTok GO local life merchant operation value. Deliver full-funnel effect attribution and value measurement across the entire user journey, from traffic exposure and user reach to in-store conversion and long-term operation. Validate strategy effectiveness through data insights, produce actionable value measurement reports, provide solid data support for B2B marketing narratives, and clearly communicate quantifiable business value to merchants.

3. Business Enablement & Content Implementation & Promotion: Document benchmark cases, summarize replicable industry operation methodologies through data review, and work with internal teams to convert strategic content into merchant acquisition tools for Business Development (BD) teams and actionable operation practices for merchants. Ensure the effective implementation of strategic content to tangibly drive breakthroughs in merchant acquisition scale and improvement of merchant operation KPIs. 4. Cross-border & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams to continuously optimize the B2B marketing narrative framework, adapt to local merchant needs and market conditions, and guarantee the professionalism and adaptability of marketing content across different cultural contexts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Experienced in marketing, business analysis, strategic consulting, or advertising measurement.

  • Proficient in marketing science and advertising effect measurement logic.

  • Ability to understand and apply data models including conversion attribution and brand lift analysis to support narrative development.

  • Proven track record of deliverables for B2B marketing narrative and industry strategy content.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong data sensitivity and rigorous logical thinking, hands-on project experience in related fields.

  • Strong strategic proposal writing skills, with the ability to integrate fragmented information into highly professional commercial narratives.

  • Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment.
