💰 Salary: Up to SGD 8,000/ month basic + transport allowance + uncapped comms + AWS + bonuses!

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop & Strengthen Client Partnerships
      Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with key clients. Gain a strong understanding of their business priorities and deliver customized solutions to support their fresh food and ingredient supply requirements.

    • Shape Sales & Growth Strategy
      Partner with leadership and the sales team to design and execute strategies that drive revenue, capture market share, and reinforce competitive positioning. Monitor market shifts and competitor activity to proactively adapt business approaches.

    • Expand Market Presence
      Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach. Grow existing key accounts while elevating brand visibility and strengthening market influence.

    • Consultative Solutions Selling
      Translate client needs into actionable solutions by analyzing their operating models, identifying challenges, and providing value-added recommendations that address both immediate and long-term requirements.

    • Ensure Operational Excellence
      Collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery. Uphold high service standards that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales (at least 70% hunter) — preferably in fresh food, F&B, or perishable goods sectors.

  • Proven track record in in the industry with outstanding achievements

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
