Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Account Management
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Supermoms social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent tone
2. Content Curation & Creation
Support the creation of engaging visuals, short-form videos, and captions tailored for our parenting community
Curate relevant articles, user-generated content, or partner materials for social sharing
3. Customer Experience
Assist in gathering user feedback and responding to parent queries with empathy and clarity
Help maintain a smooth customer journey across our digital touchpoints
4. Event Activation & Community Engagement
Support the planning and execution of both physical and virtual parenting events, workshops, and campaigns
Help coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors/partners, and provide on-ground or online event support
