Beauty Hairdresser

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and understand their needs

• Explain company technology and provide product demonstrations when required

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management

• Follow up with customers and update them on upcoming promotions

• Manage product inventory and assist with restocking

• Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience

• Passionate about beauty and hair products

• Sales-driven with a positive attitude

• Open-minded and able to work well in a team

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
