We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandising Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the retail and merchandising industry, providing valuable insights into product selection, inventory management, and visual merchandising strategies.

Job Description

Main Duties

• Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform merchandising strategies.


• Weekly replenishment for the Johor Bahru Premium Outlet Store and attend to client requests weekly.


• Participate in inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and assisting with replenishment.


• Tracking of Merchandising samples and managing loan forms.


• Help prepare weekly reports and presentations for team meetings.

Job Holder Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• A creative mindset with an interest in retail trends and consumer behavior.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
