[What the role is]
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for NCSS across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, campaign management, and analytics monitoring whilst collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to align social media activities with organisational objectives.[What you will be working on]
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage NCSS' social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications and strategic communications teams, to ensure social media activities align with the NCSS' objectives and goals.
• Manage the company's appointed digital marketing agency and collaborate with them to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure and report on the performance of social media activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Engage with the NCSS’ social media followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and make recommendations for their implementation where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead projects and assignments as and when needed. Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Basic proficiency in social media advertising, including targeting and performance tracking.
