Description
Build clear brand differentiation, trust, and emotional connection for ASTERSPRING in Singapore through disciplined content, social storytelling, and brand-led public relations and collaborations. This role is to ensure ASTERSPRING stays relevant while customers clearly understand who we are, what we stand for, and why we deliver results — across aesthetics, education, treatment outcomes, and the customer journey — so we consistently attract and retain our right audience.
What You Will Own
ASTERSPRING’s social media presence as a reflection of brand identity and standards
ASTERSPRING website content and hygiene (clarity, accuracy, consistency)
Brand storytelling across aesthetics, education, results, and customer journey
Brand-led Public Relations narratives and visibility opportunities
Strategic brand partnerships and collaborations (KOLs, creators, like-minded brands, community)
Consistency of brand expression across digital, Public Relations, and in-salon touchpoints
Trust and credibility signals that influence bookings and repeat visits
Loyalty engagement content and community-building initiatives for CRM
What You Will Do
Keep content current and relevant
Support bookings and repeat visits
Shape ASTERSPRING’s content and social direction to clearly communicate brand differentiation and ensuring it stays relevant
Create and curate content that balances: Aesthetics (calm, premium, considered) | Education (skin knowledge, treatment rationale) | Results (credible, responsible outcome storytelling)
Identify and execute public relations opportunities that reinforce credibility and expertise
Propose and manage brand collaborations and partnerships aligned with ASTERSPRING’s values
Work with creators, therapists, and partners to produce authentic, high-trust content
Ensure collaborations and public relations moments translate into strong social and website storytelling
Maintain high standards while adapting messaging for different platforms
Continuously refine brand presence based on customer response and market signals
Conceptualise and support member activities, education sessions, and brand-led experiences
Work with salon operations to translate content into real-world member engagement
Specifications
Enjoy steady improvement and consistency
Care deeply about brand, trust, and long-term reputation
Have strong aesthetic judgement and disciplined storytelling skills
Personally create content (photo, video, written) and take pride in craft
Enjoy combining hands-on content creation, public relations, and partnerships to build credibility
Understand that influence comes from consistent, well-made content, not hype
Are comfortable representing a brand publicly and thoughtfully
