✨ Prepare and post content based on provided guidelines

✨ Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages

✨ Engage with relevant online communities and accounts

✨ Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent

✨ Identify enquiries and pass them to the Client Relations team

✨ Track posting and engagement activity

✔ Comfortable using social media platforms

✔ Able to write clear and appropriate replies

✔ Detail-oriented and consistent

✔ Able to follow brand guidelines

✔ Responsible and able to work independently

No experience required — training and direction will be provided.
