What to expect
As the Brand Executive for our Haircare category, you will take the lead in managing all marketing activities for the brands under your portfolio. Reporting directly to the Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for steering the growth and development of Lucido- L and myBoostars.

You will be in charge of:
Brand Management
· Develop campaign communications and run integrated marketing campaigns [Above the line (ATL) and Below the line (BTL) activities, eg media buy, public relations and trade marketing] to drive commercial growth
· Support in developing and implementing marketing initiatives by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines are met
Digital Marketing
· Content creation for assigned brands’ websites, social media and e-commerce pages
· Analyse website and social media content performances
· Monthly audit of assigned brands’ websites and e-commerce pages
Trade Marketing
· Work in tandem with Sales team for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility and exposure
· Liaising with vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables
· Plan and execute in store POSMs and brands’ in store events
Operations
· Oversee operational and administrative support for new product launches, promotional campaigns and other brand communication activities
· Plan and execute sampling activities and promotion giveaways
· Preparation of copy and design briefs for product labels
· Preparation of monthly sales reports
Who we are looking for
· Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and New Media
· 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns; preferably in the FMCG industry
· Prior experience working with brand agencies
· Understands brand marketing, consumer behavior and able to identify market trends using data analytics
· Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising will be an added advantage
· Relevant content creation experience will be an added advantage
· Creative thinker and detail oriented
· Able to work independently and self-motivated
· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
