Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative brand executive to join our branding team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience through various marketing and public relations initiatives.

Summary

The EDL Group supplies surfacing materials used for interior design. Our clients are architects and interior designers. We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in the region, totaling 200 employees worldwide. Joining us would mean that you are joining the leader of the industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and message.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and analyze performance metrics.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities and campaigns to connect with and grow our audience.

  • Work closely with our graphic designers to design marketing collateral including graphics, videos, and written content, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and visual identity.

  • Support content creation and brand photo shoots, including planning, coordination, and execution.

  • Continuously engage with existing clients through various channels, including physical events, to maintain strong relationships and enhance client satisfaction.

Campaign and Public Relations Management:

  • Maintain and update the campaign and Public relations calendar to keep track of planned activities and ensure timely execution.

  • Manage and execute Public relations drops, ensuring they align with strategic goals and target audiences.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of trade events, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

  • Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow. 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and Public relations activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven analysis.

  • Contribute to creative idea sessions to develop campaigns that rejuvenate the brand.

Requirements:
- A diploma or a bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related fields
- Candidates with experience in marketing, branding or related roles preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Strong communication skills
- Creative and attention to details
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Experience in video shooting is a plus
