About the role

This role focuses on retail operations and in-store execution, supporting the brand team in maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock coordination, and executing product launches and activations across retail locations. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact between store teams and the brand team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising, planogram adherence, and brand guideline compliance, flagging and resolving gaps with store teams

  • Liaise with retail operations and warehouse teams on stock allocation, replenishment, and sell-through tracking at store level

  • Coordinate production, distribution, and store-level installation of point-of-sale materials, signage, and pricing collateral

  • Support on-ground execution of product launches, in-store promotions, and activations, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met

  • Track and compile store-level sales, stock, and campaign performance data for review by the Brand Manager

  • Identify and escalate operational or execution issues with recommended fixes

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between store teams and the brand team

  • Support the Brand Manager in coordinating with marketing team, suppliers, and vendors on deliverables and timelines

About you

  • 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, retail operations, or visual merchandising, preferably within consumer fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline

  • Working knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising standards, and stock/inventory processes

  • Comfortable with basic performance tracking and reporting (sales, stock, campaign metrics)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with retail execution or reporting tools is a plus

  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable spending regular time in stores

  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple store/vendor touchpoints simultaneously

  • Clear communicator, able to work effectively with both store-level staff and corporate stakeholders
