Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and technology-driven Brand Executive to lead both marketing strategies and digital systems for our growing F&B chain. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving customer traffic to outlets, managing digital marketing channels, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems such as POS, online ordering platforms, and CRM tools.
1. Viral Content Creation
Ideation & Strategy: Develop creative video content ideas aligned with brand and marketing goals. Monitor social media trends and identify viral opportunities.
Content Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns. Create content featuring yourself and/or company staff.
On-Camera Presence: Represent the brand confidently in videos with strong on-camera presentation.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns. This includes creating content featuring themselves and/or other company staff.
Performance Tracking: Monitor video metrics (views, shares, engagement) and optimize content strategy Prepare regular performance reports.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers and respond to comments to build an active online community.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Plan and implement CSR initiatives, seasonal promotions, and digital & physical events.
Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to refine marketing strategies.
Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Oversees all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Oversee paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels.
Implement SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Xiao Hong Shu
4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify, engage, and manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders.
Plan influencer outreach for product launches, store openings, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with media outlets to draft press releases and publicity materials.
Develop strategic partnerships with brands, businesses, and food bloggers to expand reach.
5. Food Delivery & Digital Order Management
Monitor and manage food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Oddle) to ensure active menus and availability.
Manage Island-wide tablet orders, ensuring they are assigned to the nearest outlet efficiently.
6. Customer Experience & Brand Reputation Management
Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Google Reviews, social media, and delivery platforms.
Handle customer complaints and queries across digital channels, ensuring quick and professional service recovery.
7. Public Relations (PR) & Crisis Communication
Develop and oversee crisis communication strategies to protect the brand’s reputation.
Ensure all external communications align with compliance and corporate messaging.
Write and distribute press releases for new store openings, product launches, and events.
Build relationships with media, food critics, and lifestyle publications to secure positive brand coverage.
8. Loyalty & Customer Retention Marketing
Work with the digital team to create personalized marketing campaigns based on customer data.
Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and brand loyalty.
9. Reporting & Data Analytics
Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including social media engagement, ad spend ROI, and campaign performance.
Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
10. IT Systems & Digital Platforms
Support IT systems including POS systems, online ordering platforms, CRM systems, and website management.
Support digital transformation initiatives such as self-order kiosks, mobile ordering, and data analytics systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Strong knowledge and experience of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, CRM tools, and email marketing will be an advantage.
Excellent on-camera presence, communication, and acting skills.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
