Job Summary:
The role of Brand Manager will lead the growth and development of multiple key brands within the group, including an established F&B brand, another lifestyle concept, and a new upcoming concept. You will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, delivering creative campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement across all channels. As the guardian of the group’s brand identity, you will ensure consistency in storytelling, visuals, and experiences while balancing creativity with commercial performance.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns strengthen brand equity while delivering measurable business results.
Job Descriptions :
Brand Strategy & Growth
Define and execute the brand vision, positioning, and tone for all concepts, ensuring clear differentiation while maintaining a cohesive group identity.
Translate company objectives into actionable marketing plans, including measurable KPIs like engagement, loyalty signups, and repeat visits.
Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and Head Chef to plan annual brand calendars aligned with business cycles, including launches, promotions, and festive offerings.
Ensure campaigns build long-term brand value in addition to driving immediate sales.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including stores, digital channels, packaging, and communications.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead the creation and execution of campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity across digital, social, and in-store channels.
Coordinate with Operations, marketing agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns from concept to launch.
Use customer insights, sales trends, and feedback to generate data-driven campaign ideas.
Oversee creative direction, copywriting, and visual assets for digital, print, and OOH materials.
Manage freelancers and creative partners to ensure on-time, on-brand, and cost-effective output.
Loyalty, CRM & Customer Engagement
Own the group’s loyalty program, from designing the customer journey to campaign execution and data analysis.
Partner with Operations to enhance customer retention, reactivation, and average spend.
Analyze customer data to identify patterns and design targeted promotions to increase repeat visits and lifetime value.
Develop engagement strategies via Telegram, email, and social platforms to strengthen connections with loyal and new audiences.
Budget & Commercial Accountability
Manage the marketing budget across all brands.
Plan quarterly marketing initiatives and projections to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
Apply financial insight to maintain brand integrity and profitability, avoiding over-discounting or brand dilution
Track marketing KPIs including CAC, retention rate, redemption %, and sales attribution.
Negotiate vendor rates and manage freelancers efficiently, exploring cost-effective solutions like interns or overseas designers.
People & Resource Management
Lead, mentor, and manage 1–3 direct reports, ensuring high-quality content and assets.
Collaborate with regional teams across multiple countries and time zones, promoting clear communication and accountability.
Build a network of reliable freelancers, agencies, and interns to support flexible marketing operations.
Develop SOPs for campaign workflows, approvals, and content scheduling for repeatable success.

Brand Scorecard & Reporting
Maintain a Brand Scorecard tracking awareness, engagement, loyalty, and campaign ROI.
Present monthly marketing performance updates and insights to the leadership team.
Participate in quarterly planning to align priorities, Rocks, and resources with company goals.
Advocate the group’s values and brand story internally, ensuring all employees understand and embody the brand spirit.
Job Requirements :
5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications (F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
Highly accountable, results-driven, and able to manage multiple brands independently.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of marketing ROI, margins, and brand-building economics.
Excellent storyteller with both creative intuition and analytical capability.
Resourceful and operationally savvy, able to optimize lean budgets and manage freelancers.
Clear and proactive communicator, comfortable working remotely across functions and time zones.
Hands-on yet strategic, with a growth mindset and willingness to systemize processes for long-term success.
