Job Responsibilities
Ø Develop and manage the brand’s multi-platform media ecosystem, including but not limited to Xiaohongshu,Instagram, TikTok, WeChat and other emerging channels
Ø Coordinate with sales and clinical teams to gather authentic content materials, support video production/editing,schedule compliant publishing, and monitor engagement metrics
Ø Lead integrated marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring full compliance with HSA, MOH Healthcare Services Regulations and SCAP.
Ø Plan and execute marketing and branding initiatives, including professional presentation decks, event materials, campaign assets, and KOL / influencer collaborations
Ø Support the formulation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies, with focus on ROI measurement,audience insights, and brand positioning in the competitive Singapore medica laesthetics market
Ø Manage internal marketing communications, content planning, copy writing, and internal social media posting to align teams with brand voice and regulatory standards
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Business, or related disciplines
Ø Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare devices, or pharmaceutical industries. Brand-side or agency experience in Singapore/Asia market is highly advantageous
Ø Proven experience in event planning and execution; Strong capabilities in multi-channel media operations and integrated marketing communications; Familiarity with both traditional PR and digital/new media marketing strategies; Strong project management and coordination skills
Ø Existing media, KOL or influencer network is an advantage
