Job Summary
Support the Brand & Marketing team in delivering brand-led marketing communications across markets and properties. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, produce on-brand content, and work closely with country teams, properties, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and consistent brand standards.
Specific Responsibilities
Support the brand leads for Centurion’s Purpose-Built Worker Accommodation (PBWA) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in executing global brand and marketing initiatives across markets and properties
Provide day-to-day brand & marcomm support to country and property teams, including rolling out of templates and toolkits, coordinating inputs and stakeholders, and supporting timely execution of on-site materials where needed
Support new property openings end-to-end from a brand & marcomms perspective, including coordinating launch plans, producing opening collateral, managing on-site readiness (signage, wayfinding, touchpoints), and aligning with stakeholders for smooth execution
Support execution of seasonal campaigns across markets and properties by coordinating rollout schedules, providing templates and ensuring materials are delivered and implemented consistently
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors (e.g. creative, photographers/videographers, printers, production) to ensure quality output and timely delivery
Support content development across channels, including drafting and adapting copy, sourcing and organising visual assets, coordinating design requests, and supporting photo/video shoots when needed
Help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints (on-site, tone of voice, property-level materials, signage/wayfinding), ensuring materials and align with brand guidelines
Manage the global content library, ensuring brand assets are updated, compliant with brand guidelines and stored with clear naming and structure
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in brand, marketing communications or integrated marketing or a related role
Candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands and audiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive, adaptable and earn to learn in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of common tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe basics)
