The Role
Bazix seeks a Brand & Marketing Executive to support the growth of the brand across digital channels and marketing campaigns.
This role suits someone organized, proactive and adaptable. Comfortable working in a startup environment. You enjoy both creative work and operational execution. You will help bring campaigns to life while learning how a modern fashion brand grows.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
• Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support preparation of marketing assets across social media, website and email.
• Assist with research on market trends and competitor activities.
Brand & Content Support
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.
• Coordinate photoshoots, content production, and campaign assets.
• Support the development of content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure marketing materials reflect the Bazix aesthetic and brand philosophy.
Digital & Ecommerce Marketing
• Assist with website updates related to product launches and promotions.
• Support the execution of paid media campaigns across social platforms.
• Monitor website traffic and basic ecommerce performance metrics.
• Help track campaign performance across marketing channels.
Influencer & Community Engagement
• Identify creators and influencers aligned with the Bazix brand.
• Coordinate influencer seeding and partnerships.
• Track influencer engagement and campaign results.
• Support community engagement across social platforms.
CRM, Email & Customer Engagement
• Assist in planning and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain email marketing calendars aligned with product launches.
• Support segmentation and customer list management in CRM platforms.
• Track email campaign performance metrics.
Data & Reporting
• Compile weekly reports on marketing performance.
• Track engagement across social media, email campaigns, and ecommerce platforms.
• Assist in analyzing campaign results to support future marketing decisions.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with stakeholders, product and operations teams.
• Liaise with external partners such as creators, vendors, and freelancers.
• Support brand events, pop ups, and future retail initiatives.
Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Experience in fashion, ecommerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce marketing, influencer campaigns, and email marketing.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in fashion, branding, and consumer culture.
