The Talent

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Experience in brand or consumer marketing, preferably in fashion, sports, or creative industries
• Knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture, youth trends, and the lifestyle landscape is a plus!
• Proven leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Manage the marketing calendar, key milestones, and stakeholder alignment to deliver brand strategies and KPIs
• Lead 360 marketing planning across SEA, including paid media, partnerships, CRM, promotions, retail activations, and brand‑led initiatives
• Oversee the brand marketing budget with disciplined spend management and ROI focus
• Partner with commercial and retail teams to support sell‑through and strengthen brand presence with WS/trade partners
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of consumer events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and objectives
• Manage project and campaign delivery, monitor performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement
